The first facility was built in 1975 and covers an area of 22,600 m2. It was initially intended for warehouse-logistic activities, and still serves this purpose today thanks to its regular modernisation.
The second facility was built in 2006 and covers an area of 6,000 m2. It is intended for logistics and distribution. The facility has 5300 m2 of warehouse space and 700 m2 of office space.
Sufficient parking space is provided on the pertaining land.
Our business partners are large international logistics companies and companies engaged in parcel distribution services, as well as the sale of transport vehicles, wood products and semi-finished products.
We conclude long-term as well as short-term lease contracts.
