Our company’s premises cover 130,000 m2 of land located along Celovška Street.
We have developed a new commercial and business center, Loberia Vižmarje, for you. We are pleased to announce that phase 2 has been open since October 2025!
Several commercial activities are already operating at the existing location, including various logistics companies, parcel distribution services, the Obnova store, and a number of small, specialized shops.
Our location is in the direct vicinity of the A2 motorway and the P + R system (park your vehicle and take the bus).

We developed the Loberia Vižmarje commercial business center, comprising 10,787 m2 of commercial and retail space and 200 m2 of independent catering facilities, thereby enriching the offering for our visitors and business partners.
LOGISTICS BUSINESS ZONE
Our business partners are large international logistics companies and companies engaged in parcel distribution services, as well as the sale of transport vehicles, wood products and semi-finished products.
Retail and Business Centre - construction is continuing, with the opening of Phase 2 scheduled for September 2025.
